Abstract:
To provide an induction heating apparatus that can heat an object to be heated quickly at high temperature uniformly, and can withstand the repetition of high-speed temperature increase and decrease and multiple cycle heating under an oxidizing atmosphere.
In the induction heating apparatus having an electrical heating element and an induction heating coil for performing the induction heating of the electrical heating element; the electrical heating element is formed by carbon/carbon fiber complex, and the micro surface of the electrical heating element and the micro surface of carbon fiber are covered with a heat-resistant and oxidation-resistant coating.
