Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating coil that evenly heats a flat surface of an object to be heated and has a substantially same size as the heated area.SOLUTION: An induction heating coil 1 includes a conductor part 2 configured to oppose a flat portion that is a heated surface W1 of an object to be heated. The conductor part 2 has a central conductor portion 20 corresponding to, when the heated surface W1 is divided by circumferences of a plurality of concentric circles 11-14, a sectorial region 11A whose central angle is a first set angle in the region of the innermost concentric circle 11, and circular conductor portions 21-23 corresponding to, when the heated surface W1 is divided by the circumferences of the plurality of concentric circles 11-14, circular regions 12A-14A whose central angle is the first set angle in the regions divided by the circumferences of the concentric circles 11-14, respectively. The central conductor portion 20 and the circular conductor portions 21-23 are arranged sequentially continuously outward from the center side of the concentric circles 11-14.
