Title:
INDUCTION HEATING COOKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014143073
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect a temperature of a pot bottom and appropriately perform heating control.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises infrared detection means 108 which includes: first amplification means 102 for amplifying an output from an infrared sensor 101; second amplification means 103 for amplifying an output from the first amplification means 102; switching means 104 for selecting either of the output from the first amplification means 102 or the output from the second amplification means 103 and sending the selected output; temperature detection means 103 for detecting a temperature from the selected output; and failure detection means 106 for monitoring whether the first amplification means 102 and the second amplification means 103 are normal. When the switching means 104 switches the selected output from the output from the first amplification means 102 to the output from the second amplification means 103, and the output from the second amplification means 103 after switching is out of a preset normal range Pk, the second amplification means 103 is determined to be failed, and when the output from the first amplification means 102 after the switching by the switching means 104 is out of a preset normal range Sk, the first amplification means 102 is determined to be failed.
