Abstract:
To detect pot bottom temperature with high accuracy in non-contact, by using infrared radiation energy radiated from the pot bottom.SOLUTION: In an induction heating cooker including a top plate 2 having an upper surface for placing a cooking pot, a heating coil provided thereunder, and generating an induction magnetic field for heating the cooking pot, inverter means 54 for supplying electrical power to the heating coil, a fan for introducing fresh air to a cooling wind path for cooling the heating coil, and an infrared sensor 21 for detecting infrared radiation radiated from the bottom of the cooking pot and transmitted the top plate 2, the infrared sensor 21 includes infrared radiation condenser lenses 21a above first and second thermal elements, where the relative sensitivity peak position of visual field range of the first thermal element is the top plate, and the second thermal element has a visual field range different from the relative sensitivity peak position of visual field range of the first thermal element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
