Title:
INDUCTION HEATING COOKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01281695
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a low-cost and compact induction heating cooker by providing a temperature sensor holding member with the function as a secondary winding of a transformer which is to be a power source of a control circuit.

CONSTITUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises a heating coil 2 installed in a case 1 and for heating an object 7 to be heated which is provided on a top plate 6, a temperature sensor 9 for detecting the heating state by the heating coil 2 and a conductive sensor holding member 10 which is for holding the temperature sensor 9 and arranged as capable of being inductive coupling state with the heating coil 2. When high frequency current is supplied to the heating coil 2, magnetic flux A and A' are generated to heat the object 7 and induce voltage to the conductive sensor holding member 10. The sensor holding member 10 operated as the secondary winding of a transformer where the heating coil 2 is the primary winding. As a results, the electric power induced in the sensor holding member 10 is taken out. Thus, a low-cost and compact induction heating cooker is obtained.
