Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency, while securing heating efficiency of one of heating coils arranged in parallel which has a larger heating value.
SOLUTION: A first heating coil 61 for induction-heating a pan of which material has low resistance and low permeability and a second heating material 63 for induction-heating a pan of which material has high resistance and high permeability are provided under a top plate 1, and a heating coil cooling apparatus 69 for directly cooling the first heating coil 61 is arranged.
