Title:
INDUCTION HEATING DEVICE, METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME AND PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010245002
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To perform optimum ZCIH control by actualizing current amplitude control and current synchronizing control in a lamp, with respect to each power supply unit.

When performing the current amplitude control and the current synchronization control of an inverter 18, a dq control method is used for independently controlling dq components of a current and voltage, separately. A dq operation part 71 finds a d-axis current component Id and a q-axis current component Iq from the output current (i) of the inverter 18. An adder 72 finds a current difference between a target current Io and the d-axis current component Id, and a PI control part 74 finds a d-axis voltage component Vd from the current difference. The PI control part 75 finds a q-axis voltage component Vq so that the adder 73 sets the q-axis current component Iq to be zero. The d-axis voltage component Vd and the q-axis voltage component Vq are converted into a current-carrying width δ and a voltage phase angle θ by a dq-δθ conversion part 76 and is transmitted to the inverter 18. The inverter 18 performs the current amplitude control and the current synchronization control by the current-carrying width δ and the voltage phase angle θ, respectively.
