Abstract:
To provide an induction heating device 1 capable of manufacturing easily an induction heating unit 2 as an induction heating coil, and capable of uniformly heating an object.
This induction heating device 1 includes the induction heating unit 2, having an induction heating part 4 formed spirally with a conductive plane plate member, and a cooling-pipe part 5 arranged along one face 44 of the induction heating part 4 and jointed to the one face 44, an electric power source 30 for supplying a current to the induction heating part 4 and cooling medium supply devices 31, 32 which supply a cooling medium to the cooling-pipe part 5.
