Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating vessel capable of being used as an induction heating vessel that heats a received object, which is to be heated, by an electromagnetic cooker or the like, and further to make it possible to increase the safety of the vessel in such a use style by effectively avoiding the damage of the vessel body caused by temperature rise of the heating element when heated with the vessel empty, while the heating efficiency in normal use being maintained.SOLUTION: An induction heating element comprises a conductive layer 30 which generates heat when an eddy current is induced by a high-frequency magnetic field. The conductive layer 30 is valley-folded to form a pair of fuse function part forming pieces 32a, 32b, the fuse function part forming pieces having a tip end side being split. In addition, the tip end side of one fuse function part forming piece 32b is notched, and the fuse function part forming pieces 32a, 32b are partially welded together to form a fuse function part 32 which includes welded portions 323.
