The induction heating device 100 comprises a master heating unit 110m and a slave heating unit 110s. The drive control part 124m of the master side generates a transistor gate pulse that drives the inverter 120m based on the output voltage Vm of the transformer 158m and supplies to the inverter 120m and the slave side drive control part 120s. The slave side drive control part 120s generates a transistor gate pulse synchronized with the pulse supplied by the master side drive control part 120m and supplies to the inverter 120s. The phase control part 170 comprises a phase difference detection part 172 which detects the phase difference between the voltage Vs and current Is on the side of the slave and a phase adjustment part 174 which makes the phase difference between the voltage Vs and current Is zero by controlling a variable reactor part 162 based on the phase difference.
