When heating individually the plurality of heated materials 31, 32 and 33 by the plurality of coils 11, 12 and 13 as shown in (a), an electric current is supplied in a direction (for example, a reverse direction) to weaken a mutual interference between coils from the coils 11, 13 to the coil 12, and the electric current is supplied in the direction (for example, same direction) to strengthen the mutual interference between the coils from the coils 11, 13 to the coil 12 when heating the common heated material 3 by the plurality of coils 11, 12 and 13 as is shown in (c).
