The induction heating molding apparatus melts and press-molds the optical element material by induction heating an upper mold and a lower mold used opposite to each other by using a magnetic flux generated by a common induction coil, wherein a first heater heats the upper mold with a first heat quantity by the flux, and a second heater heats the lower mold with a second heat quantity larger than the first heat quantity by the flux.
