To provide an induction heating system for a vehicle, capable of executing induction heating, without having to provide a dedicated converter for induction heating.

The vehicle VC has an AC motor 1 for driving the vehicle, a power storage device 10 for storing power to be supplied to the AC motor 1, and a converter 11 for converting the DC current from the power storage device 10 into AC current and supplying the converted current to the AC motor 1. Coils C1-C3 for induction heating are connected between the converter 11 and the AC motor 1. The coils C1-C3 for induction heating enables induction-heating of, e.g. a heater core HC or an exhaustion gas purifying catalyst as members to be heated.
