PURPOSE: To provide an induction heating type heater in which a temperature sensor is prevented from being slipped from a determined position by the induction vibration by electromagnetic induction at heating and causing an inconvenient excessive heating.

CONSTITUTION: To a holding device formed of a body core lower part 10 provided on the body 1 of a heater and a core guide cover 4, the lower source engaging part 34 of a ring auxiliary base 31 formed from a nonmagnetic insulating material is engaged. A bearing which is a ring body 21 to be heated is fitted to and held by an upper surface holding part 32 formed on the upper surface of the ring auxiliary base 31, so that the ring body 21 to be heated is never moved together with the ring auxiliary base 31. Thus, the ring auxiliary base 31 and the ring body 21 to be heated are prevented from being tremulous on the holding device by the induction vibration by electromagnetic inducing action.
