Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired rice-cooking state by equalizing the temperature distribution of an inner pot by induction heating.
SOLUTION: This rice cooker is provided with a protection frame 12 in the state of a bottomed cylinder, the inner pot 13 to be housed in the frame 12, a coil 15 arranged in a spirally coiled state on the bottom surface of the frame 12 for induction heating the pot 13 and a ferrite 16 arranged toward the outer diameter side from the side of the coiling center under the coil 15. Only the ferrite 16 arranged under the coil 15 for induction heating the pot 13 is made rotatable with the coiling center of the coil 15 as a center with respect to the pot 13.
