Abstract:
To provide an induction machine eccentricity detection system capable of detecting, in real time, whether or not an induction machine is in an eccentric state.SOLUTION: An induction machine eccentricity detection system 1 comprises: an inverter unit 12; a plurality of induction machines 13; a current detector 14 for detecting current flowing at output of the inverter unit 12; angular velocity detectors 15 for outputting revolving speed of the induction machines 13; and a control unit 21 for outputting a gate signal for driving the inverter unit 12. The control unit 21 comprises: a multiplier for calculating selection speed on the basis of a selection angular velocity output by an induction machine angular velocity selector; a high-pass filter unit that extracts a high frequency area component of the torque component current on the basis of torque component current output by a three phase-dq coordinate conversion unit and the selection speed; and a comparison unit that compares the high frequency area component of the torque component current output by the high-pass filter unit with a set eccentricity detection value. By using current output by the inverter unit 12, the control unit detects eccentricity of one or more of the plurality of induction machines 13 connected to the inverter unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
