Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a connector passage 21 drawn out from a connector 11 to the outside.SOLUTION: An intake manifold sequentially vibration-welds a synthetic resin-based first member 1, second member 2, third member 3 and fourth member 4 to constitute four branch passages 12 so as to wind an outer periphery of a connector 11. A first cylindrical part 23 of the first member 1, a second cylindrical part 24 of the second member 2 and a third cylindrical part 25 of the third member 3 are provided so as to align in a linear manner, and continue to each other, thereby forming a connector passage 21. The boundaries of the respective cylindrical parts 23, 24, 25 are sealed by welding parts 17A, 18A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
