Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an inductor which prevents a diffusion phenomenon in a gap layer and improves a DC-bias characteristic and a bias-TCL characteristic; and an inductor which can be thinned and improves a capacitance characteristic.SOLUTION: An inductor 100 comprises a device body 110, and a gap layer 130 disposed in the device body and having a metal oxide and a shrinkage modifier. Further, the metal oxide may include at least one of zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), and titanium dioxide (TiO2).
