Abstract:
To provide the title inductor conductor capable of miniaturizing and yet adjusting the inductor component without fail.
A net pattern 3 composed of plural lateral fine conductors 31a, 31b and plural longitudinal cutting off fine linear conductors 32a, 32b and multiple holes arranged as a latticework on one side of an inductor conductor film 2. In such a constitution, the rough and fine adjustment can be performed by properly selecting the cutting off out of the longitudinal cutting off fine linear conductors 32a, 32b existent between the inductor conductor film 2 and the lateral fine linear conductor 31a or the longitudinal cutting off fine linear conductors 32a, 32b existent between the lateral fine linear conductors 31a and 31b.
