Abstract:
To provide an inductor for electromagnetic forming by which formed materials having a complicated shape such as a solid shape are formed highly efficiently and at a low cost, and a method for manufacturing the same.
The inductor 10 for electromagnetic forming, by which a material 20 to be formed is formed electromagnetically, has a magnetic coil around which a conductive material (conductor wire 1) which is covered with an insulator 2 is wound and the magnetic coil is formed by plastic deformation so as to have the solid shape by press forming. Furthermore, the surface of the magnetic coil is impregnated with an insulating resin 3.
