Abstract:
To provide an inductor which is reduced in high-frequency resistance so as to have improved Q-value.
A first conductor 11 and a second conductor 12 are kept in parallel with each other in a plane direction and spirally coiled in the same plane for the formation of an inductor. In this case, the first conductor 11 and the second conductor 12 are made to cross each other at a prescribed position, so as to replace their positions with each other, by which the first conductor 11 and second conductor 12 are set nearly equal to each other in length, and the inductor having a small loss and a high Q-value is formed.
