Abstract:
To provide an inductor which has a small size and can be corresponded to an input of a heavy current.SOLUTION: In an inductor 163 for generating a dielectric voltage in accordance with a current supplied from a power supply part 19 in a switch 161, a wiring material which has a larger value 11 of a relative magnetic permeability, and has a conductivity, and to which a current is supplied from the power supply part 19, also plays a role as a core. The wiring material to which the current is supplied from the power supply part 19, is structured by: a first member 163a constructed by a permanent magnet having the conductivity; a second member 163b formed by a metal having a strong magnetic property; and a third member 163c formed by the permanent magnet having the conductivity so as to be laminated to a direction where the current supplied from the power supply part 19 flows.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
