The industrial bilayer fabric is constituted of eight pairs of warps prepared by arranging eight upper layer surface side warps and eight lower layer surface side warps in upper and lower directions and a plurality of upper layer surface side wefts and lower layer surface side wefts, and the bilayer fabric is obtained by binding the upper layer surface side layer and the lower layer surface side layer by a yarn in warp direction. In the industrial bilayer fabric, the lower layer surface side layer is constituted by repeat successively arranging a structure, in which warp is passed through the upper side of continuing four lower layer surface side wefts and then, passed through the lower side of one lower layer surface side weft and passed through the upper side of two lower layer surface side wefts and passed through the lower side of one lower layer surface side weft, in a state shifting three lower layer surface side wefts, and the lower layer surface side weft forms weft long crimp of six lower layer surface side warps on the lower layer surface side surface and the lower layer surface side warp is arranged in a zigzag way while alternately neighboring adjacent right and left lower layer surface side warps by simultaneously weaving adjacent two lower layer surface side warps into one lower layer surface side weft from the lower layer surface side.
