Abstract:
PURPOSE: To handle a lot of washing with very high efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: An industrial cleaning apparatus comprises a trolley conveyer 24 for suspending and carrying washing 2, an ozone preliminary washing part 21 provided in the transport path of the trolley conveyer 24 for preliminarily washing with ozone water, a detergent washing part 22 for washing with a detergent, an ozone water main washing part 23 for washing and rinsing with ozone water, a screw conveyer 11 for suspending and supplying the washing 2 to the trolley conveyer 24, a trolley conveyer 48 for receiving the washing 2, the washing of which is completed, in the suspending state and carrying the same by the trolley conveyer 24 and a dewatering part 46 disposed in the transport path of the trolley conveyer 48 for performing dewatering. Thus, while the washing is carried out by the conveyer, a continuous work is performed, so that the efficiency is very good. Furthermore, as the washing is performed in the suspending state of washing, the washing is prevented from being out of shape, so that the shrinkage and damage are not caused.
