Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently process massive laundry by providing a flooding part, prewashing part, detergent washing part, rinse washing part and main washing part in the conveyance passage of a washing part conveyer to carry the laundry while hanging it, and providing a dehydration part and a drying part at the conveyance passage of a dehydration part conveyer to receive and carry the completely washed laundry.
CONSTITUTION: A flooding part 40A to flood water or ozone water prewashing part 21A, detergent washing part 40B due to a detergent, rinse part 40C and main washing part 21B to perform main washing with water or ozone water are provided in the conveyance passage of a trolley conveyer 66 for carrying the laundry while hanging it. Then, a screw conveyer 11 is provided to supply laundry 2 to the trolley conveyer 66 while hanging it, a chain conveyer 72 is provided to receive and carry the completely washed laundry 2 in the hung state, and a dehydration part 70 and a drying part 71 are provided in the conveyance passage of the chain conveyer 72. Since jobs are continuously executed while carrying the laundry with the conveyers, efficiency is improved and since the laundry is washed in the hung state, it does not lose its shape.
