Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically perform cleaning of an exhaust fan at need without stopping the production line.
CONSTITUTION: A sensor 6 for detecting an oscillating condition of a rotating shaft 4 of an exhaust fan 2 is provided on or in the vicinity of the rotating shaft 4. When a signal input into a control device 7 from the sensor 6 is greater than a specified value, a valve 5 is opened to permit a cleaning liquid to spout toward an exhaust fan in an axial direction of the rotating shaft.
