A felt 1B for papermaking is the industrial multilayer woven fabric obtained by weaving warps A11 and warps B12, wefts 21 at a papermaking surface side, auxiliary wefts 22 and wefts 23 at a traveling surface side. The warps A11 are woven at the papermaking surface side more than the warps B12 by two weft equivalent but not at the traveling surface side. The warps B12 are woven at both the papermaking surface side and the traveling surface side. One warp B12 and a warp B12 adjacent to the one side of the warp B12 are both woven to be exposed to the traveling surface side. Then one warp B12 and a warp B12 adjacent to the other side of the warp B12 are both woven to be exposed to the traveling surface side.
