PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial multilayered woven fabric obtained by arranging a pair of two binding yarns of warp ground yarns to form a structure of substantially one warp yarn.
SOLUTION: A part or the whole of the upper face side warp yarns is formed into the binding yarns of the warp ground yarns, and the two binding yarns of the warp ground yarns are arranged as a pair. When one of the two binding yarns of the warp ground yarns appears on the surface of the upper face side, the other is present at the lower part of the surface of the upper face side, and the binding yarn of the warp ground yarns appearing on the surface is woven with an upper face side weft yarn to form a structure forming a structure of substantially one warp yarn on the surface of the upper side face. In the traveling face side, one of the two binding yarns of the warp ground yarns forming the pair is brought near to a traveling face side warp yarn at the vicinity of the yarn, and the other is also brought near to the warp yarn at the vicinity of the yarn to deflect the yarn in the warp yarn direction at the traveling face side. On the other hand, at the upper face side, two binding yarns of the warp ground yarns forming the pair approach to each other to form a structure of substantially one warp yarn at the upper position of the nearly center between the warp yarns at the traveling face side to form the industrial multilayered woven fabric.
