Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working accuracy of a robot by synchronizing the robot with the movement of a work by using an inexpensive means.
SOLUTION: Within the working range of a robot 8, a hanger driving device 11 constituted so that a supporting arm 13 may be moved along a carrier rail 1 is provided. The supporting arm 13 is provided with a hanger clamp 14 capable of holding the plate of the hanger 3. When a control unit 9 detects that the hanger 3 is delivered in the working range of the robot 8, the control unit 9 moves the hanger 3 in a state that the engagement of the engagement pawl 3e of the hanger 3 and the driving pawl 6b of a power chain 6 is disengaged and the hanger 3 is disconnected from a driving transmission system by the power chain 6 after the plate is held by the hanger clamp 14. For this time, workings are performed by synchronizing with the operation of the hanger driving device 11 by the robot 8.
