Abstract:
To provide an industrial robot which enables early detection of a problem of a reduction gear.SOLUTION: A reduction gear 13 is provided in a joint section. A temperature sensor 14 acquires a measured temperature of the reduction gear 13. A control section 10 calculates an assumed temperature of the reduction gear 13 on the basis of operation amount of the joint section, compares the measured temperature of the reduction gear 13 measured by the temperature sensor 14 with the assumed temperature, and gives a warning when a difference between the measured temperature and the assumed temperature is a high temperature threshold value or more. The control section 10 can estimate that heat is generated due to long-term deterioration when a lapse period from starting an operation is an assumed operation period or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
