Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the work for questioning the arrangement of articles to be loaded on a pallet by a worker and the work of inputting the loading pattern of each article arrangement so as to save the labor by computing the article loading position on the basis of the loading data and the arrangement condition.
CONSTITUTION: An industrial robot 31 for loading articles 34 on a pallet in order is provided with a loading data input means 40 for inputting the dimensional data of an article 34 and a pallet 35, a plane number setting means 42 for setting the number of loading of the article of one stage to be loaded on the pallet 35, a first arrangement condition registering means 43 for registering the first basic loading condition of the first stage of the article 34 to be loaded on the pallet 35, a first loading position computing means 44 for computing the first article loading position on the basis of the loading data and the first basic loading condition. The work for questioning the arrangement of the articles 34 to be loaded on the pallet 35 by a worker is eliminated, and the work for inputting the loading pattern of each article arrangement is eliminated so as to save the labor.
