Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress internal wear, reduce the occurrence of dehydration marks, and improve surface smoothness and water drainability in an industrial two-layer woven fabric.SOLUTION: When an upper surface side warp yarn and an adjacent lower surface side warp yarn are defined as a pair, an industrial two-layer woven fabric includes: first warp yarn pairs 3Ub and 3Lb, and 4Ub and 4Lb in each pair of which at least one warp yarn is a warp binding yarn having a function of binding an upper surface side woven fabric and a lower surface side woven fabric together; and a second warp yarn pair 1U and 1L having no warp binding yarn. At least four first warp yarn pairs and at least four second warp yarn pairs are arranged in a complete structure. At least two first warp yarn pairs are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other, and at least two second warp yarn pairs are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other. In particular, there is a portion where at least one binding yarn forming the first warp yarn pair forms a plurality of knuckles consecutively on the upper surface side woven fabric. In a portion adjacent to the portion, a non-consecutive single knuckle of a binding yarn in an adjacent first warp yarn pair or the end part of a plurality of consecutive knuckles of the binding yarn in the adjacent first warp yarn pair is arranged.
