Title:
INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE AND BODY ROCKING CONTROLLER THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3159147
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any nonconformity that is a fear of being caused by the tilt of an axle shaft against a car body at a time when a rocking motion in this axle shaft is regulated.
SOLUTION: In a fork-lift truck, a rear axle 10 supporting rear wheels 11 is rockably supported in the vertical direction with a center pin 10a as the center to a body frame. A controller 20 detects those of lift height, load (w), yaw rate Y, velocity V of a fork 4 and a rocking angle θ to the body frame of the rear axle 10. When high lift height is detected, as a rule, a solenoid valve 14 is selected, regulating any expansible motion of a damper 13, and thereby the rear axle 10 is locked. When the rocking angle θ exceeds a specified angle (=2°) (θ>2° or θ<-2°), the rear axle 10 is made so as not to be locked.
