PURPOSE: To improve stability during operation without the need for mounting of an outrigger and the like, by a method wherein a wheeling mechanism is vertically and horizontally rockably mounted at a car body extending from a position where the car body contacts a ground to a position allowing the wheeling mechanism to touch an earth.
CONSTITUTION: Front and rear car bodies 4 and 5 are mounted at the front and the rear of a lower car body 1 of an industrial vehicle, respectively, so that they can bend freely. The rear car body 5 supports rotatably a hollow shaft 52 of a rocking matter 51, equipped with a pair of brackets 19, 19 at a coupling plate 50 for coupling together a pair of longitudinal plates 18, 18, and said brackets 19, 19 are supported 25 by means of pins at brackets 17, 17 installed at the car body 1. A pair of steering cylinder 28, 28 permit rocking of the rocking matter 51. A rear accelerator 30 is supported by means of a pair of longitudinal plates 18, 18, and rear wheels 7 are installed at opposite ends thereof. Furthermore, the rear accelerator 30 is supported vertically rockably by means of upper and lower links 35 and 36 and suspension cylinders 37, 37. The front car body 4 also is formed as descrived above.
