In the industrial two-layer woven fabric comprising an upper layer woven fabric composed of upper layer warp and upper layer weft, lower woven fabric composed of lower layer warp and lower layer weft and a binding yarn for binding the upper layer woven fabric to the lower layer woven fabric, an auxiliary weft 10' woven by passing through the upper side of adjacent two or more upper layer warps is arranged between the upper layer wefts and these binding yarns 9 and 11' are arranged on both sides of the auxiliary weft 10' and these binding yarns 9 and 11' arranged both sides are binding yarns pass passing the upper side of adjacent two or more upper layer warps and the binding yarn is located on the upper side of upper layer warp in a part where the auxiliary weft 10 is located on the lower side of upper layer warp and in the binding yarns arranged on both sides, the other binding part is lowered to the lower position and located on the lower side of the lower layer warp in the part where either one binding yarn is located on the upper side of upper layer warp to form papermaking face and the other binding yarn is located on the upper side of upper layer warp in the part where either one binding yarn is located on the lower side of the upper layer warp.
