In a woven fabric of single layer weaving or multilayer weaving composed of warps and wefts, the industrial woven fabric is composed of 4n (n is an integer satisfying 2≤n) warps and wefts woven with the warps and has constitution that a 4m (m is an integer satisfying 1≤m≤n) warp texture and a 4m-2 warp texture are equal to a 4m-1 warp texture and a 4m-3 warp texture, every two warps are woven with the same wefts and at least half or more of wefts forming a lower layer side are wefts having a part passing under continuous four or more warps and forming long crimps of wefts on the lower layer side.
