Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inert gas atmosphere furnace capable of being commonly used as an adhesive hardening furnace.
SOLUTION: In the inert gas atmosphere furnace constituted so as to prevent the oxidation of reflow solder by lowering oxygen concn. in the furnace body 1 as the inert gas atmosphere, a blower 14 and an outer air injecting box 17 are connected with an outer air suction duct 15 at the center part of lower surface of the furnace body 1, and an outer air suction device 13 constituted so as to open/close this outer air suction duct 15 with an opening/closing valve 16, is arranged.
