Abstract:
To provide an inert gas charging device having an injector capable of preventing a fluctuation in an amount of drip and dripping liquefied inert gas into a container in a high precision manner.
There are provided a main body 1 of an injector for storing liquefied inert gas (x) within it and a nozzle pipe 6 having a fine diameter passed through the main body 1 of the injector and protruding upwardly within the liquefied inert gas (x) in the injector. The liquefied inert gas (x) is dripped into a container 12 placed below it from the injector 1 through the nozzle pipe 6 to cause the inert gas (y) to be charged in the container 12.
