Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertial sensor capable of setting a detection axis at a predetermined angle, without deteriorating detection performance of detecting elements.SOLUTION: An inertial sensor device comprises: a plurality of leads connected electrically with a mounting substrate; a gyro sensor 10 where an installation angle is determined on the basis of a shape of a lead terminal 20 composed by the plurality of the leads, and which comprises a sensor responding to operation for a detection axis 70; and a mold for fixing the gyro sensor 10 to cause a perpendicular line of a basal plane 61 of a mold package to intersect with the detection axis 70 at a predetermined angle.
