Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the title tester more achieved in space saving, reduced in the deflection due to the distortion of a rotary shaft in a case performing a brake test up to the ultrahigh speed corresponding to an increase in speed and capacity and capable of obtaining accurate rotation and the accurate number of rotations.
CONSTITUTION: In an inertia type brake tester for a test piece, rotary shafts 6a, 6b are vertically arranged so that the surface of a disc rotor 10 becomes horizontal. Further, a floating type brake caliber 11 arranged so that test piece disc pads 20a, 20b are arranged so as to press the upper and rear surfaces of a disc rotor 10 and having a mechanism raising the test piece disc pads 20a, 20b and a hydraulic cylinder 18 is provided.
