Abstract:
To provide an inertial measurement device that can suppress a temperature change in an inertial sensor and exhibit excellent detection accuracy.SOLUTION: An inertial measurement device includes: an inertial sensor; a first circuit board disposed on one side of the inertial sensor; a second circuit board that is disposed on an opposite side of the first circuit board of the inertial sensor and on which a heat-generating component is mounted; and a housing that accommodates the inertial sensor, the first circuit board, and the second circuit board. The first circuit board and the second circuit board are separated from each other and are electrically connected to each other via a cable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
