Abstract:

To provide a conveyance apparatus for food processing for preventing polluted food from shipping to consumers by detecting and removing the polluted food by solving the problem of polluting food by a broken piece when a material such as a conveyor belt separates in conveyance for the food processing.

This conveyance apparatus for the food processing is constituted so that the broken piece of the conveyance apparatus can be detected by a metal detector by manufacturing the conveyance apparatus such as a conveyor, a chute, a skid, a guide and a way from a conductive filled-filled resin-based material. The conductive filler-filled resin-based material is a material formed by uniformly dispersing micron conductive powder or extra fine conductive fiber or these mixture in a resin host material being a host material composed of a resin material. The weight ratio of the conductive fiber or the conductive powder or these mixture to weight of the resin host material is set in a range of about 0.20 to about 0.40.
