To provide an infant holder capable of holding an infant suitably on a base plate without causing any stress and facilitating an infant holding operation.

This infant holder is equipped with a base plate 10 on which the infant is laid on his/her back and a holding means to hold the infant unable to turn over. The base plate 10 is formed of a hard material. The holding means is equipped with first tying bands 21, 22 to be tied from one near-shoulder part of the baby or infant laid on the base plate 10 to a near-waist part in the diagonal position and second tying bands 23, 24 to be tied from the other near-shoulder part to a near-waist part in the diagonal position. The first and second tying bands 21, 22, 23, 24 are structured so as to be detachably engaged by engaging parts 21d, 22d, 23d, 24d.
