PURPOSE: To facilitate the construction of a transport plan forming system by constituting the device so that an intrinsic data structure of each transport problem can be realized easily, based on an expression of a general transport plan problem.
CONSTITUTION: In a stage for executing to form a plan by entering into a system operation, a person in charge of a plan instructs a start to form a plan by using an executing instruction GUI(graphic user interface) means 40. Therefore, a plan data setting means 50 sets necessary plan data as well as transport article data to a pre-stage data structure, and the person in charge of a plan executes a preforced instruction by using a pre-instruction GUI means 60, and a transport plan is formed by transport plan forming system 30. Subsequently, when the transport plan is formed, a result of forming a plan is displayed by a transport equipment operation schedule display GUI means 72 and a loading/ unloading part work schedule display GUI means 74, contained in a plan forming result display GUI means 70, and the person in charge of a plan executes correction/confirmation.
