To improve reliability of inference information prepared based on information measured from a sensor and to expand its utilization range by clarifying the source of an inference engine for inferring an index value different from a measured value.
In an inference information preparation device 1, measured values from the respective sensors are obtained connected with a temperature sensor 182 for measuring the body temperature of a user, a sweating sensor 183 for measuring sweating, and a heartbeat rate sensor 184 for measuring a heartbeat rate through an input detection part 180. By the inference engine having an inference engine ID being a characteristic ID number, inference data being an inference result based on the measured values from the respective sensors is prepared. The inference engine ID is imparted to the prepared inference data to prepare the inference information about the consciousness, emotion, etc. of the user. Processing according to characteristic is carried out to turn the inference information to be data convenient or profitable for using after that.
