To improve a slide property without impairing transparency by a method wherein a resin composition containing a specific amount of styrene crosslinked fine particle of a specific average particle size in polystyrene resin is formed, and an inflation film or biaxially oriented film of a specific thickness is prepared.
Styrene crosslinking fine particle of weight-average of 1 to 5 μm mean particle size in an amount of 0.1 to 1 wt.% is added to polystyrene or polystyrene resin being a mixture of polystyrene and another polymer of styrene butadiene copolymer or the like. Molten resin where in an inflation processing machine is used, blended resin composition is passed through a heated screw, and extruded in a tubular shape from an extruder to which a circular die is fitted, is pulled out vertically. It is immediately inflated with an air pressure, wound by folding, and a cylindrical film of 100 μm or under thickness and a larger diameter than a die aperture is manufactured. Otherwise, it is oriented crosswise with a biaxially orienting machine to prepare a film shape, which has an improved slide property without impairing transparency.
