The inflator handle 1 includes an attaching or detaching base end part 31 for a needle 3 connected detachably to the top end of an operation pipe 2. A male thread part 23 longer than the needle 3 is engraved from the top end on the top end external periphery of the operation pipe 2 so as to enable screwing of a nut 4 for pulling out the needle. The nut 4 for pulling out the needle is screwed onto the male thread part 23 detachably or movably to a position with the needle part 30 top end slightly exposed at the maximum so as to be stored in a posture without being overlapped onto the needle part 30 of the needle 3.
