PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To submit personal identification information using an information appliance.SOLUTION: An information appliance comprising a storage device, a display device, a photographing device, and a communication device, acquires account information and user information based on an inserted cash card, stores the information in the storage device, ejects the cash card, displays a selection screen for sending the personal identification information on the display device, captures an image of the personal identification information with the photographing device when a person operating the appliance selects to send the personal identification information and inserts the personal identification information, and transmits the account information and the user information stored in the storage device to an external device via the communication device in association with the image data of the personal identification information captured by the photographing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
