PURPOSE: To easily read out information recorded in an information card for the card owner when he wants by composing the titled information card device of the information card, an information card reader/writer, and an information card reader.
CONSTITUTION: An information card 15 is provided with a card writing command module 4a to generate a command for reading/writing data, a card reading command module 4b, and an information card reader/writer 1 including a card communication module 5. The information card reader/writer 1 is equipped with a PIN pad 11 having an personal identification number input module 14 to input the number to the information card reader/writer 1, and an information card reader 6 including a card reading command module 8b to generate the command to read out the data from the information card 15, a code number input module 9 and a display 10. Thus, the card owner can reads out the information recorded in the information card when he wants.
