To provide a constitution capable of generating a decryption key capable of decrypting encrypted private data by making good use of an imaged data block etc.SOLUTION: A data block includes at least one bright color cell and at least one dark color cell to constitute a data recording region or error correction code recording region, and at least a part of a data block in an error correctable range is replaced with a bright color block 111 composed of only a predetermined number of bright color cells or a dark color block 112 composed of only a predetermined number of dark color cells. With a predetermined decryption key generated according to the position of the data block replaced with the bright color block 111 or dark color block 112, at least a part of data is encrypted in a decryptable manner as private data, which is recorded in the data recording region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
